Eight-year-old Dylan Spoering has been working very hard on learning to play the keyboard and decided he was ready to test his skills on a live audience.
Spoering, from the US city of Minneapolis in Minnesota, drew up an adorable sign advertising a free concert from his front porch in the hope that a few people would hear him play.
Spotting the poster local musician Thomas Rehbein got talking to Dylan’s parents and he came up with a plan to share the event on Facebook.
The page went viral and Dylan’s family were shocked as hundreds gathered on their front lawn in the pouring rain last Saturday.

Even more amazing is the fact over 10,000 people streamed the concert live on Ustream.
The local news KMSP-TV covered the event as the crowd cheered wildly and asked young Dylan to sign handmade posters.
During the intermission Spoering and a few of his good friends gave out homemade cookies to the captivated audience.
We think it was a lovely gesture by strangers to make the young man feel like a rock star for the day.
We predict big things from Dylan!
