American choir girls stun Derry bar
A gang of choir girls (dunno what the collective noun is. Anyone?) from Wisconsin gave the regulars of Peadar O'Donnell's bar in Derry a real treat last week.
Their fulsome rendition of the traditional Scottish song, The Parting Glass, made the revellers pause appreciatively before they got out their phones to record the moment.
There was much applause for the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire Women's Concert Chorale at the end, and rightly so.
