Actress Joan Collins takes to Twitter to clarify that she wasn't arrested at a water charges protest
In a surreal addition to the Irish Water saga, British actress Joan Collins was forced to issue a clarification on Twitter that, no, she hadn't been arrested at a protest on the Parnell Road in Dublin yesterday.

For the record I'm not @JoanCollinsOBE as I'd never take an honour from a monarch nor did I wear shoulder pads in the 80s. The very idea!
