With Valentine’s Day this weekend, the love bug has well and truly set in and is threatening the sanity of individuals all over the country.
Normally well behaved men and women are throwing their inhibitions to the wind and creating social faux pas that may very well haunt them well into their retirement years.
Like this lady Lucy, who has amazed the masses by taking out an ad above a furniture store in Dublin, asking her man to marry her.

Nothing wrong with a woman taking the initiative and asking the important questions but it goes without saying that this gesture will strike a chord with the more cynical members of society.
Of course once the frenzied lovey duvey moment has past Lucy (and Alex) can take solace in the fact that at least they are not THIS guy (or the girl in the blue mini).
