Zamano expands markets with Red Circle buy-out
26/11/2007 - 08:00:11Digital entertainment company Zamano has conditionally agreed to acquire fellow digital services company Red Circle for up to €24.4m.
Dublin-based Red Circle provides digital entertainment to mobile devices and claims more than 500,000 active subscribers in the UK, Australia, USA and Ireland.
The acquisition will expand Zamano’s suite of mobile brands serving a range of demographics in four separate geographic markets.
