It has been reported this morning that Ryanair is to cut more of its services at Shannon Airport.
The low-cost airline is likely to blame a recent hike in passenger charges at the airport and the ongoing row over the €10 air travel tax.
Around 40 people are employed by Ryanair at Shannon, where it operates 11 routes.
An official announcement will be made by chief executive Michael O'Leary at a press conference in Limerick this afternoon.
