The Minister for Jobs, Richard Bruton, is in Waterford today for a number of events aimed at promoting jobs in the South East region.
CSO figures show employment has grown by over 12,000 in the region in the past two years, following a series of significant jobs announcements from companies including Eishtec, Nypro, Glanbia and FeedHenry.
This is the Minister's 20th visit to the South East since taking office as Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation over three years ago.
