The Taoiseach has today unveiled details of a major new business park planned for a 350-acre plot of land near Dublin Airport.
The facility is being described by the Government as an "economic, educational and research zone".
It is being developed in an effort to attract new foreign investment and international business headquarters.
The Dublin Airport Authority says it could generate up to €1bn a year to the economy and could create up to 30,000 jobs.
