Laya brings in 25,000 more customers in 12 months
Laya healthcare has revealed that it has bucked the trend by growing its customer base from 450,000 to more than 475,000 members in just 12 months.
Operating in the toughest market for health insurance in decades, the company also revealed that it is on track to create 100 new jobs by 2015, with 58 positions filled in the past year in its Dublin and Cork offices.
They have also reported a 58% rise in year-on-year sales and also said that it is on track to deliver savings of €18m by the end of 2014 through "forensic analysis of operational costs along with a wide range of clinical reviews and claim audits".
