Judgement reserved in Treasury challenge to NAMA


The Commercial Court has reserved judgment in a legal challenge by Treasury Holdings against NAMA's appointment of receivers over some of its property assets in Ireland.

Treasury claims it was deprived of the right to make representations before the agency's decision in January.

Ms Justice Finlay Geoghegan today said she will make a ruling as soon as possible.

The case started over a week ago.
