ISEQ slips during the morning
01/11/2007 - 11:02:57The ISEQ index of Irish shares was in freefall this morning, plummeting 113.55 points to 7797.60.
The two main losers, outside of the financials, during the start of the day were building group CRH, dropping €0.39 to €25.95, and insurance group FBD, which fell €0.35 to €24.44.
The financial houses were hit hard; AIB slipped €0.37 to €16.87, Anglo was down €0.65 to €10.95, BoI fell €0.32 to €12.42 and IL&P was down €0.10 to €15.55.
