ISEQ down slightly

The ISEQ index of Irish shares declined 12.81 points to finish on 3,098.04 today.
There was little movement for the financials. Irish Life and Permanent was up 3c to €3.93. Bank of Ireland inched up 2c to €1.52, with Allied Irish Banks slipped 1c to €1.48.
The biggest gain of the day came for Paddy Power, which climbed 26c to €24.81. Kerry Group was 24c better off on €22.
The construction sector fared badly however. Kingspan declined 29c to €6.46. CRH was 24c down to €18.05.
Other significant movers were Tullow Oil (down 21c to €14.99) and DCC (down 18c to €20.92).
