Index shows Irish consumers still cautious about economic future
Irish consumers are remaining cautious about the uncertain economic outlook and their own personal finances.
Latest figures show the KBC Bank Ireland/ESRI Consumer Sentiment Index changed only slightly in November.
However, we are being a little more downbeat on the outlook for jobs in the coming year.
KBC Bank said this may be due to concerns over Brexit, Donald Trump's election win and industrial disputes by Gardaí and teachers.
