Dublin's Grafton street is the 13th most expensive in the world to rent a retail space.
The annual Main Streets Across the World report tracks 462 of the top retail streets around the globe.
Fifth avenue in New York remains the most expensive followed by Causeway Bay in Hong Kong.
The figures are compiled by international property experts Cushman and Wakefield.
Karl Stewart, Head of Retail, Cushman and Wakefield Ireland said: “Our Main Streets Across the World 2016-2017 report, highlights the strong retailer demand for Dublin, with Grafton Street ranking 13th in rental positioning by country internationally.
"Grafton Street has seen a 4.8% rental growth year on year to June, with new entrants due to open, including Victoria Secret and & Other Stories. Henry Street too has seen a very sharp rise with prime rents now standing at a Zone A of €4,685p.s.m."
