Most employees believe they would be more productive if they could split their working week between home and the office, according to a new study in the UK.
A survey found that four out of five workers would favour working from home two days a week.
One in five bosses preferred their staff to do a traditional 9-5 day, while a handful said they did not trust employees to work away from the office.
Hammonds Furniture said its research showed that half of bosses were happy for their staff to work from home.
More than 1,000 workers and managers were surveyed.
