ECB to meet about eurozone crisis

The European Central Bank will meet in Frankfurt today, amid growing speculation that they will intervene in the Eurozone crisis.
It is understood the eurozone's bailout fund, with the ECB as its agent, could buy bonds at auction to drive down Spain's cost of borrowing.
The ECB chief Mario Draghi has said he is prepared to "do whatever it takes" to save the single currency.
He will hold his regular press conference after the meeting which is scheduled for lunchtime today.
Ian Hunter, a senior equity analyst at Dolmen Stockbrokers, has said time is a crucial factor in the effort to protect the euro.
