The head of the European Council has accused leaders of playing a "game of chicken" over Greece and says it needs to end now.
Donald Tusk says the crisis engulfing Greece needs to be taken seriously and is urging leaders to strike a deal on Monday.
Greece has to repay €1.6 billion in loans to the IMF at the end of the month but other EU leaders are rejecting Greece's proposals to release extra funds.
In a video message to other EU leaders, President Tusk says EU leaders must stop playing games.
