Conferences worth €11m announced for Dublin
Four international conferences have been announced for Dublin over the next two years.
The events are expected to generate around €11m to the economy.
Fáilte Ireland has announced the World of Coffee conference for the RDS in June 2016, with an expected 4,000 delegates. The conference is organised by SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe), which represents thousands of coffee professionals and enthusiasts. The World of Coffee conference is Europe’s leading speciality coffee event for top baristas, roasters and other key players in the coffee industry.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers annual meeting is taking place in October 2015, with 2,300 delegates.
Others include the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association conference in September 2015 and the British Elbow and Shoulder Society meeting in July 2016.
