Jobs Minister Richard Bruton will announce plans this morning to tap into the technology 'Big Data' sector.

The Government is launching a €1m investment in a research programme in data analytics with the involvement of companies including eBay, Dell, Adaptive Mobile and HP.
Minister Richard Bruton will also announce a new education programme with diploma and masters programmes to be jointly run by the Irish Management Institute, EMC Corporation and UCC.
