BOI shareholders vote on NAMA participation
12/01/2010 - 15:36:57Bank of Ireland shareholders have voted on whether or not to participate in the Government's bank rescue plan NAMA.
The results will be known after the markets close this evening.
A special EGM in Dublin heard repeated calls from shareholders for the bank to support a public inquiry into the banking meltdown.
There were also outbursts from angry shareholders demanding more resignations at the bank.
