Apple is launching its iPod nano in a powder pink colour ahead of Valentine’s Day, it announced today.
The technology giant said the “gorgeous” new shade of its music player followed customer requests for it.
It is available with the 8GB model iPod nano which sells in the UK for about £129 (€173).
Greg Joswiak, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide iPod product marketing, said: “Customers are going to love the gorgeous new pink iPod nano.
“The pink iPod nano is perfect for people who want a great new colour this spring, or who are searching for a special Valentine’s Day gift.”
The new colour joins the existing raft of iPod nano shades which include silver, black, blue, green and a special edition red.
