Aga acquires Waterford Stanley
06/06/2005 - 10:44:00Aga Foodservice Group plc has announced the acquisition of Waterford Stanley for €13.8m.
The Waterford Stanley brands will now be added to Aga Foodservice Group's international brands, which include Aga, Rayburn, Rangemaster, La Cornue and Marvel among others. The company employs over 5000 people worldwide.
Waterford Stanley, which employs 170 people in its Bilberry plant is the leading Irish manufacturer of cast iron cookers and stoves and exports its products to many European countries.
