289 jobs are being created by a US-based internet company in Derry.
OneSource Virtual specialises in human resources, and has its headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Its Derry operation is to open in September, and all 289 jobs are to be in place by the end of 2017.
The company said most of the new jobs created will be "skilled roles" with salaries between £30,000-£40,000.
They will mostly be technical IT positions, with some supporting roles in application management and payroll.
The new hub in Derry is supported by a £2.9m grant from the business development agency Invest Northern Ireland.
"Our team evaluated a number of locations in Europe and selected Northern Ireland, specifically Derry, based on the skilled workforce, high standards of higher education and the quality of life for employees," said OneSource CEO Brian Williams.
The Derry office will be the company's first outside the United States.
