An eight-year-old girl has become a life counsellor.

An eight-year-old girl has become a life counsellor.

Eve Hobsbawm charges between 10p and £5 to send people helpful advice on their life, as well as attending school, and she has already consulted on around 40 problems.

Speaking about her father – who runs a technology start-up business – she told The Guardian newspaper: "What inspired me was my daddy.

"As soon as I saw his business and understood the kinds of things businesses do, I thought that's what I'm going to do.

"Then it just popped into my head: problem solving."
