Barking mad man rapped by cops
Police in the US were called to a residence in Georgia after people complained that a man was barking like a dog.
According to Athens-Clarke police, the man was cited for violating the county's daytime noise violation, which prohibits noise in a residential area that allegedly could be heard more than 300 feet away.
But the 35-year-old man reportedly refused to sign the citation and denied that he was shouting.
The official noted down in his report that he could hear the man from a distance of 320 feet.
