Two arrested after €500,000 drugs seizure
Two people have been arrested after almost €500,000 worth of herbal cannabis was seized in Dublin.
Forty kgs of cannabis herb was discovered following a planned search of a house in Rosewood Grove in Lucan last night.
The seizure was part of a garda operation targeting organised crime in West Dublin.
A man and woman have been arrested. They are being held at Lucan and Ballyfermot garda stations under Section 2 of the Drugs Trafficking Act.
