Probe into fatal Cork accident
20/03/2010 - 15:12:04The Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation into an industrial accident in Co Cork yesterday evening in which a man died.
The 41-year-old was killed while making a delivery to a store in Mallow.
A full inquiry is now underway.
