Gormley to limit junkets for Councillors
Green Party leader John Gormley says he is determined to end the "abuse" of Councillors attending too many conferences.
The Environment Minister says he is going to limit the amount a councillor can claim in one year to €4,700.
He says some Councillors have been claiming up to three times that.
