Belletti the sole doubt for Chelsea

Juliano Belletti is back jogging after being sidelined by a recent virus while Brazilian defender Alex and England midfielder Frank Lampard have recovered from knocks that kept them out of the win over Sunderland in the Premier League last weekend.
Joe Cole and Paulo Ferreira miss out with long term knee ligament injuries.
