Limerick stabbing victim named as Darren Bennett
18/03/2009 - 18:09:01The man who was stabbed to death in Limerick in the early hours of this morning has been named locally as Darren Bennett.
The 18-year-old from Moyross was stabbed in the stomach during a row in the Moyross area at around 2am.
The house remains sealed off for technical examination while a post mortem examination on the man's body is underway.
A heavy Garda presence remains in place this evening after earlier clashes between a gang of youths and the gardaí.
