‘Chaos’ fails to deliver

Just about watchable is ‘Chaos’ (Lionsgate, €24.99), in which cops Ryan Phillippe and Jason Statham stumble upon a mysterious bank heist and find themselves chasing an elusive and smart foe in Wesley Snipes.

Add in a pair of girlfriends with ulterior motives and a hi-tech robbery and you should have a winning plot.

Unfortunately, this is one action film that fails to deliver.
