No problems at Warwick
18/03/2008 - 08:19:13Warwick have cancelled plans for an 8am inspection and this afternoon’s meeting goes ahead as planned.
Clerk of the course Fiona Needham had been concerned by the prospect of an overnight frost but temperatures did not drop as far as forecast.
She said: “There is no frost and racing goes ahead as planned. It dropped to minus one overnight but was already plus three by daybreak.”
