Taoiseach to face more questions at Mahon Tribunal
22/02/2008 - 07:22:11The Taoiseach is to face more questioning about his personal finances in the 1990s when the Mahon Tribunal resumes at Dublin Castle this morning.
Judge Alan Mahon will also to rule on complaints by lawyers for Bertie Ahern about the fairness of the tribunal's questions.
Yesterday, Mr Ahern's lawyers accused the inquiry of straying further and further away from the initial allegation against Mr Ahern.
His senior counsel also complained that the tribunal's team had not disclosed some documentation.
