Rohan to step down from Tullow role
24/10/2007 - 08:25:47Tullow Oil has announced that Rohan Courtney, the group’s senior independent director, and chairman of the audit committee, is to step down from the board on December 31 2007.
Mr Courtney joined Tullow, and became chairman of the audit committee in 1993 when it was an Irish-listed company and became senior independent Director in 2000.
Mr Courtney’s role as chairman of the audit committee will be filled by David Williams who joined the board in 2006, and as senior independent director by Steven McTiernan who joined in 2002.
