Aer Lingus plans legal action over Ryanair shareholding
10/10/2007 - 12:19:23Aer Lingus has announced plans to take legal action in an effort to force Ryanair to sell its shares in the recently privatised airline.
A statement from the company claims Ryanair has pursued every tactic to prevent the development of Aer Lingus as a competitive force.
Aer Lingus says it will be making an application to the courts in the coming weeks.
