UCD continue gloom for Waterford

First-half goals from Conor Sammon and Conan Byrne gave UCD a hat-trick of wins over second-bottom Waterford.
Paul McCarthy volleyed just wide for Blues before UCD stormed into a 2-0 lead by the 20th minute.
Sammon shot them in front on 16 minutes from a calmly taken penalty after Blues' right-back Ray Scully handled Pat McWalter's overhead kick.
The second arrived three minutes later as Blues were caught out badly at the back.
Shane McFaul split the visitors' defence to play Byrne clean through on goal and the winger confidently sidefooted past Dean Delaney.
Blues were better throughout the second half and got a goal back on 68 minutes when Paul McCarthy headed home Dave Warren's free-kick.
