Dundalk move within three points of Cobh
28/09/2007 - 09:05:07Dundalk have moved within three points of top spot in the Eircom League First Division after beating Shelbourne at Oriel Park last night.
Robbie Doyle scored the only goal of the game just after the quarter-hour mark.
The result leaves Dundalk three points behind leaders Cobh Ramblers and one behind second-placed Finn Harps, both of whom have games in hand.
Meanwhile, tonight's scheduled Premier Division clash between Bray Wanderers and Shamrock Rovers has been postponed until Tuesday evening.
