Family criticise PSNI handling of child abuse claims
28/09/2007 - 07:48:07The family of a Belfast man accused of sexual misconduct towards a child have criticised the way the PSNI has handled the case.
Fifty-seven-year-old Tommy Donaldson denied any wrongdoing and was co-operating fully with police.
He is now missing and presumed dead.
The Donaldson family say it is wrong that there is no protection against identification for people accused of such allegations.
Three police Land Rovers were parked outside the Donaldson home for hours last week, although nothing of an incriminating nature was seized.
