Man remanded in custody after Cavan stabbing
27/01/2007 - 18:37:43A 22-year-old South African has been remanded in custody in connection with a stabbing in Cavan town yesterday.
The man is charged with assaulting a 20-year-old man at a housing estate in Cavan town in the early hours of yesterday.
The victim is still in intensive care in a Dublin hospital but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
