Funeral to take place of Tallaght stab victim
27/01/2007 - 00:23:20The man who was stabbed to death in the Dublin suburb of Tallaght last week is to be laid to rest later today.
Sixty-year-old Michael Gallagher died after he was stabbed several times by two men who broke into his partner's house at Tymonville Road.
The murder of the painter and decorator, who was not known to gardaí, has baffled his friends and relatives.
The 60-year-old father of five will be laid to rest later today in Mohill, Co Leitrim where he was originally from.
