Boost in grants for management of housing projects
26/12/2006 - 10:45:35The Minister for Housing and Urban Renewal Noel Ahern has announced the approval of funding for 69 housing management projects throughout the country.
The grants, which amount to €2m, are being made available under the Scheme of Grants for Housing Management Initiatives.
The projects will include staff and tenant training in estate management, the recruitment of extra estate-based staff and support for research into combating anti-social behaviour.
