Israeli soldiers targeted in explosion

Palestinians set off an explosion near Israeli soldiers in the northern Gaza Strip today, the military said, adding that the blast might have been caused by a female suicide bomber.

There was no immediate word of Israeli casualties.

The incident took place near the Jebaliya refugee camp, where Israeli forces have been operating against Palestinian rocket squads.
