Central Bank and FSA committed to service in Irish

The Central Bank and Financial Services Authority is committing to improving its services to Irish speakers.

A three year plan has been drawn up under a scheme relating to the Official Languages Act 2003.

Help-lines and internet services will have Irish-speaking operators, and training is to be provided to staff to improve their Irish.
