ISEQ in negative territory
20/11/2006 - 11:31:36The ISEQ index of Irish shares was in negative territory this morning, down 40.44 points to 8768.32, by 11am this morning.
All the financial heavyweights suffered losses this morning. Irish Life and Permanent was the biggest loser, falling 45c to €19.35. Anglo Irish Bank fell 21c to €14.16 and AIB fell 15c to €21.58.
Bank of Ireland slipped 3c to €16.00.
Elsewhere Aer Lingus fell 1c to €2.74, while low budget airline Ryanair fell 6c to €6.00.
