Barry back for Villa
17/11/2006 - 15:23:26Aston Villa skipper Gareth Barry is expected to return for Sunday’s Barclays Premiership encounter with Wigan at the JJB Stadium.
Barry missed Villa’s victory at Everton with a bruised back but has resumed training.
Fellow midfielder Gavin McCann is suspended after incurring five bookings this season while Gary Cahill is again set to partner Liam Ridgewell at the heart of the defence with Olof Mellberg deputising at right-back for Aaron Hughes (groin).
