Little Children never allows your attention to stray

Not so happy families as househusband Wilson stays at home to look after his son to ambitious Connelly and along the way meets unhappy mother Winslett at the local playground.
There is much more to this ‘affair’ than at first appears with a suspicious Haley, with a record as a sexual exposer, lurking in the bushes.
While the plotline merely provides an outline for the characters it still manages to be a film that never allows your attention to stray. And there are universally excellent performances, especially from Haley who exudes sinister.
