Pedestrian killed in Cork city
20/10/2006 - 08:57:13A 19-year-old man has died after being knocked down by a van in Cork city early this morning.
The accident happened at around 2am on the Model Farm Road, which has been closed to traffic pending a technical examination of the scene.
The victim was pronounced dead on arrival at Cork University Hospital.
