David Mulcahy made it a hat-trick of wins for St. Patrick’s with what was their only shot on target in the whole match at Dalymount Park.
That came on 80 minutes when midfielder Mulcahy burst through, got a lucky ricochet to his initial shot, before driving the rebound past Stephen O’Brien.
Bohs had dominated prior to that, but the closest they came to scoring was on 31 minutes when Aidan O’Keeffe was a little too casual and saw his shot come back off a post.
