Rovers duo ruled out
27/09/2006 - 14:55:37Striker Jason Roberts and midfielder Steven Reid are out of Blackburn’s UEFA Cup first-round, second-leg tie with Red Bull Salzburg at Ewood Park.
Roberts remains sidelined with an ongoing groin injury, while Reid continues to be plagued with a back problem.
Francis Jeffers, who missed Saturday’s 1-0 win at Middlesbrough through illness, is available as Rovers look to advance to the group stages following a 2-2 draw in the first leg.
