Cave wins Gucci prize for Proposition
11/09/2006 - 14:03:19Nick Cave has won the inaugural Gucci prize for writing the script for The Proposition.
The Gucci prize will be awarded annually to an internationally acclaimed artist from outside cinema who has made a remarkable contribution to a film in any capacity in the previous 18 months.
Nick Cave was awarded the prize on Friday at a ceremony in Venice where the results of the 63rd Venice Film Festival were announced.
